Dealing With Insomnia
I need help dealing with insomnia?
So over the past 3 months i’ve developed really intense insomnia.
Last night I only got 2 hours of sleep even though I went to bed 7 hours before I needed to wake up.
My problem is that during and after sleepless nights I get really intensely emotional. Like at night I get really stressed out and break down crying, and I find myself crying in school all the time and around my boyfriend.
The fact that I am dealing with insomnia is very stressful to me, do you have any advice on how to deal with this?
Like at night, after a long time of no sleep, how do you keep yourself from worrying about how tired you are going to be the next day?
How do you avoid getting stressed about insomnia?
I guess this might be a silly question :[
I searched on google and found out that Insomnia occurs in 18.6% of patients who take bupropion (Wellbutrin). Two percent of patients discontinue bupropion because of insomnia and agitation. Interestingly, 19.8% of patients experience sedation instead of insomnia. Decreasing the dose, adding a sedative drug or switching to a different antidepressant may alleviate the problem.
In dealing with insomnia, what you need is a natural product like Melatrol to cure your insomnia. Melatrol has combined quality natural ingredients to combat your insomnia on a long term basis: compounds such as melatonin and gamma amino butyric acid are commonly found in healthy people, however many individuals do not produce enough of these compounds, and as a result experience trouble falling asleep and sleeping through the night. I’ve tried this product and it really gives me a really good sleep.
Oh yeah, melatrol recently gives you free sample delivered to your home. just go to this site: http://offto.net/naturallyfallasleepfast and you’ll get their free product sample for free
Of course, avoiding stress is the best way to cure insomnia.
