Extreme Insomnia
why did I change from insomnia to excessive sleepiness?
I used to go to sleep at 12am, wake up from 3 to 4:30am and then sleep from 4:30 to 5:00an to finally get up. My energy level was high. Suddenly during the last two weeks, I can sleep all day/night and still not get relief. I am not taking any medications. Is my body trying to compensate the lost sleep hours? I don’t like any of both extremes.
well can be many things. did you change some eating habits or do you fell stress. all those can make you sleep clock go wild. sleep what you can for now let your body rest. if doesn’t get back in about 2 weeks see your doctor might have a lack of vitamins.
